You Can Apply To The Rainier Institute of Technology
To start your enrollment process, simply click on the link below to download an application. The application is only one page long and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Click here to download your copy of the dental assistant program application. Complete your application and mail or fax the paperwork back to us. You must also submit a $35.00 application processing fee during the enrollment period. The next step is to have an interview with the program director and an instructor. We will let you know of your acceptance status within approximately two weeks after receiving your application. You will be notified by mail.
